My journey in retail began at the age of 14, working for major retailers such as Macy's and David's Bridal. I had the privilege of learning from exceptional managers who not only taught me the ins and outs of retail but also the essence of being a great leader. From a young age, I aspired to own my own store and worked diligently in various aspects of the bridal business, gaining invaluable experience along the way.

In 2011, my vision came to life by opening Camille’s of Wilmington, which proudly celebrates 14 years in business this year. Building the business from the ground up, while raising two young sons, was a challenge that required immense dedication and sacrifice. I’ve learned the importance of balancing personal and professional life, and I continue to strive for that balance today.

As a self-taught marketer, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to promote and expose my business through networking and forming strong vendor relationships. These efforts have helped Camille’s thrive and garner significant recognition. Our staff is the backbone of our success, and I’m proud to have created a supportive work environment where many of our employees stay with us for years—and even return after leaving.
